You’ve Tried It All. Now Let’s Find What Truly Works—for You.

long island nutritionist

Meet Kailey Jayne, MS, RDN, CDN, CDCES

Hey there! I’m Kailey, a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified diabetes care and education specialist.

My passion for nutrition started with a love of cooking up tasty, nourishing meals for friends and family. Over time, that passion grew into a mission: helping people create lasting changes with food and lifestyle—without diets that feel restrictive or unsustainable.

I specialize in supporting individuals who want to lose weight through realistic lifestyle changes, as well as those using (or considering) GLP-1 medications and looking for extra guidance—whether they’re just getting started or navigating a plateau.

In addition to weight management, I also work with people managing type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders (like IBS, IBD, Crohn’s, and GERD), COPD, and prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum nutrition.

My approach is simple: no one-size-fits-all diets, no gimmicks—just compassionate, personalized nutrition that fits your life. Together, we’ll focus on building habits that support long-term health, whether that means weight loss, blood sugar management, or overall wellness.

Helping you nourish your body, reach your goals, and feel supported—every step of the way.

Let’s work together to create a healthier, more balanced life!

My Approach
stop dieting and start living

If you’re feeling stuck or unsure about your health, you’re not alone. Even the most motivated people can struggle with where to start—or what to try next. The truth is, what works for one person doesn’t always work for another. That’s where I come in. As a registered dietitian nutritionist, I help you cut through the noise and find a path that truly fits your life.

To me, healthy isn’t just a “lifestyle” you adopt for a little while—it’s a way of living. It’s about creating routines and habits that feel natural, sustainable, and aligned with what matters most to you. Through intuitive eating principles and practical strategies, I’ll guide you in discovering what balance looks like for you—whether that’s losing weight, navigating GLP-1 medications, managing blood sugars, or simply feeling good in your own skin.

I believe food can be medicine, but never at the expense of your mental health. That’s why I focus on progress, not perfection. No judgment, no rigid rules—just compassionate support and real strategies that work in the real world.

Together, we’ll build a personalized plan based on your preferences, your lifestyle, and your goals. And I’ll be there every step of the way with expert guidance, encouragement, and accountability—so you can not just reach your goals, but actually stay there.

No quick fixes. No one-size-fits-all diets. Just a way of living that helps you thrive.

Why Consult a Registered Dietitian?

Consulting a registered dietitian is a total game-changer if you're looking to improve your health and wellbeing.

Whether you're dealing with a medical condition, trying to manage your weight, or just want to eat healthier, a registered dietitian like Kailey can provide the guidance and support you need. They'll work with you to create a balanced diet that you actually enjoy, so you can ditch the fad diets for good.

Plus, registered dietitians are there to help you make sustainable lifestyle changes, not just give you a quick fix. They'll provide accountability and troubleshoot any challenges you face along the way. Basically, they're your personal nutrition coach - and who doesn't want that in their corner?

So if you're ready to take your health to the next level, don't hesitate to reach out to a registered dietitian. Your body (and tastebuds) will thank you!
