Meet Kailey Jayne, MS, RDN, CDN, CDCES

Hey there! I'm Kailey, a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified diabetes care and education specialist. My passion for nutrition started with a pure love for cooking up tasty, nutritious meals for my friends and family. Over time, that passion grew into a mission to help people transform their relationship with food, especially those managing pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes.

I’m all about intuitive nutrition and helping people make lifelong changes instead of just quick fixes. I work with individuals facing the challenges of blood sugar management, and I believe that taking control of your health doesn’t have to mean giving up the foods you love. Together, we’ll explore how to nourish your body in a way that supports your well-being and helps you manage your blood sugars.

My goal? To empower you to take control of your health through personalized nutrition that fits your lifestyle. No more one-size-fits-all diets—just a path toward better blood sugar management, nourishment, and self-care.

I truly believe food can be medicine, but not at the expense of your mental health. That’s why I’ve embraced a non-diet approach to nutrition. Instead of focusing on rigid rules and restrictions, I guide my clients through intuitive eating principles—helping them rediscover the joy in food, develop more intentional eating habits, and figure out what "healthy" means for them as individuals.

I'm all about progress, not perfection. I know relationships with food can be complicated, so I bring a judgment-free, compassionate perspective to my work.
