I offer personalized one-on-one nutrition counseling to help you navigate the complexities of managing pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes. During our first session together, we’ll take a deep dive into your medical history, relationship with food, nutrition goals, body image, concerns, and any barriers you may face. We’ll also identify your preferred learning style to ensure our sessions are as effective and comfortable as possible. From this comprehensive assessment, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you move away from dieting and toward sustainable lifestyle changes.
Our follow-up appointments are where the magic happens! These sessions provide a time to reflect on your progress, discuss any barriers you’re encountering, and set new, tangible goals that propel you toward your nutrition and personal wellness goals.
